Take Your Kids to Work Day
Attention all grade 9’s. Take your kids to work day is Wednesday, November 14th. Please make sure you get your permission forms in to your homeroom teacher as soon as possible and no later than November 13th. If you have questions or concerns please speak to your homeroom teacher or guidance.
Mental Health First Aid
Attention all students in the Health and Wellness Specialist High Skills Major Program. If you are interested in taking a certification in Mental Health First Aid please come to guidance to sign up. Based on interest will decide if it will be offering this as a certification. So if you would like to be certified in Mental Health First Aid please come to guidance to sign up.
Only 5 weeks until the Christmas Concert, Mustangs! Our theme this year is ‘Christmas Goes Wrong’. Think Mayhem and Madness backstage during a production of ‘The Polar Express’! We are looking for students that would like to act in the play this year, that means you too Grade 7 & 8’s! If you are interested please come to a meeting at 1130 on Wednesday in the Drama Room.

On Tuesday during period four, students are asked to submit ideas for upgrades to the cafeteria to their teachers by filling out the provided slip. Thanks for your participation with this!”

Junior Girls Basketball
The junior girls basketball team has earned the right to host the Huron Perth final. Led by great team defence, the offence of Kaitlyn Knight and Alyssa Jones, and the passing of Raelyn Pennington, the team defeated Mitchell 36-15 on Monday. The final will be tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. Teachers, there is a class sign up to watch the game.
