They will be gathered in the Library Seminar Room on Thursday June 20 for most of the day so please feel free to drop in to share stories, sign flags and say goodbye. We wish them well as they return home to their families sharing stories of all their Canadian adventures and new friends. Thank you FE Madill staff and students for being so welcoming!

Community Involvement

7/8 Track and Field

Grade 7/8’s had some excellent results at the final track and field District meet in Goderich yesterday. After setting a new long jump record in winning the regional meet last week, Luke Jacklin placed 3rd, as well as 4th in the 100m. He also placed 2nd in shot put, one centimetre behind the winner. Luke was also regional senior boys champion last week. Abigail Peel started our day with a 3rd place in the 1500m. She then beat a friendly rival nemesis to earn 2nd in the 800m, despite running awkwardly with an injury. Maddy Bernard jumped another personal best in placing 2nd in long jump. Lukas Carter is the 4th fastest 200m runner in the District. Aimee Bower made the final of the 200m. We also have an event champion-Madison Koch (pronounced Cook) won the senior girls high jump.
