Lighting the Spark with Huron Youth

Youth in Huron County have a fresh way to get the information they need! Youthspark, a website geared towards youth 14-24 in Huron County, has had a face lift. Youthspark, commonly known as SPARK, provides interesting and credible health information along with information on relationships, school, and much more. The content is for youth, by youth. SPARK is a project of the Huron County Health Unit.

To attract Huron youth to the website, a contest “Lighting the Spark” was held through Facebook during the months of February and March. To enter, Huron County youth must become a fan of SPARK’s facebook page. Fans will automatically be entered into a draw to win an iPod Touch.
